Client Credit Card Payment

1-You agree to have your credit card on file when a reservation is made. 2- The company will capture the funds within one (1) day after the trip has been completed. 3-You agree and acknowledge that: (a) you are the credit card holder and (b) you are requesting the services listed above and (c) you are authorizing Airport Coach LTD LLC to charge the credit card listed above for the requested services after the service has been provided. Coupons: Airport Coach will honor all company coupons as applicable when clients present them; you, the client, may only use one coupon per trip. You may use whichever coupon you deem as the best value. The dollar value of the coupon will be based upon the percentage rate deducted from the base rate (as opposed to the total trip value).

Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation 8 hours or more hours in advance of the pick up time there will be no charge. If you cancel your reservation with less than 8 hours and more then 6 hours the charge will be billed at 50% of the total price. If you cancel your reservation less than six hours you will be billed at 100% of the total charge. These charges do not apply if the airline or weather has affected your flight schedule.

Smoking, drug use, or alcohol consumption are not permitted in our vehicles -The driver may not drive or act illegally on your behalf. -The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. -The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients). -It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. -The company is not responsible for delays caused by heavy traffic congestion, bad weather, unsafe road conditions, or roads under construction. -Airport Coach LTD LLC is not responsible for articles left in any vehicle. -Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. -The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while engaged and will only be responsible for making up a lost trip at a mutually agreed upon date.
